Aside from being one of the most densely populated states in America, New Jersey is part of the I-95 corridor.  As a result, interstate truck accidents are all too common in New Jersey.

The interstate highway system is used by truckers and trucking companies from all over North America. As a result, thousands of semis and large trucks share  New Jersey's roadways with private passenger vehicles. Unfortunately, these trucks are involved in accidents with motorists each day. Because these tractor-trailers can weigh in excess of 80,000 pounds, a trucking collision can have deadly consequences.

There are Federal and State laws and regulations that are designed to protect motorists from the negligent actions of a truck driver. These laws and regulations require truckers to be adequately rested to prevent driver fatigue on the highway.  Other causes of trucking accidents including vehicle defects, unsafe speed, unsafe passing, or improper loading of materials.

We at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. have the experience in gathering and evaluating all of the available evidence after a trucking accident. Today's modern trucks have several different devices that allow for the reconstruction of trucker's actions just before an impact.

Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. has over 25 years of experience  in representing persons who have been injured or killed in trucking collisions throughout the State of New Jersey.  We are proud to have a staff of professionals ready to investigate trucking cases. Please let us put our experience to work for you.
