Q.   What is your fee for a legal consultation?

       Answer:  All of our initial consultations are free.

Q.   What is a contingent fee?

       Answer:  A contingent fee means that a client will only pay the lawyer a legal fee 
                         if there is a financial recovery.  The amount will be a percentage 
                        of the actual amount received.

Q.  Will my case go to trial?

      Answer:  Most cases do not go to trial unless an insurance company is being
                       unfair in settling a case.  We do prepare all cases for trial. 

Q.  Does that mean that my case will not settle?

      Answer:  Over 90% of all cases settle prior to trial.  An insurance
                       company will only become serious about resolving
                       a claim when they see that a plaintiff is willing  to go to trial.

Q.  How long will my case take? 

      Answer:  Most cases take 15 months on average from the time the
                       complaint is filed.
